With H-Bonder technology, cuff bond length is changed by machine operators at the HMI. With preconfigured settings, size change occurs within seconds rather than one to two hours of machine downtime. Traditionally, during a product size change, operators exchange an entire tooling unit to change cuff sizes due to the tack length and pitch of the cuff. With the H-Bonder, mechanical size change is eliminated with an electronically cammed unit. Operators can instantaneously change tack length simply by touching the HMI.
 
H-Bonder technology eliminates tens of thousands of dollars of glue, enables a smaller seam saving material cost, and saves weeks of downtime annually.
